Music played live by
The Noordpool Orkest, founded in 2009 under the motto "Everything but classical," is an innovative specialist in 21st-century music. Within the spectrum of orchestras, it's best compared to the Metropole Orchestra. It pushes the boundaries of genres like contemporary pop and dance, while also allowing for improvisation with modern jazz and non-Western music.
The North Pole Orchestra experiments with new instrumentation, such as electronics and non-Western instruments, with the aim of creating new orchestral music. They have previously shared the stage with artists including Thomas Azier and Noisia's Thijs de Vlieger.

Anthony's tremendous passion and profound knowledge of the repertoire has taken him around the world to perform in over 25 countries with over 60 orchestras, across all genres.
Anthony has worked with artists as diverse as percussionist Dame Evelyn Glennie; tenor Fabio Armiliato; accordionist Ksenija Sidorova; violinist Daniel Hope; Irish singer-songwriter Ronan Keating; and multi-platinum singer-songwriter Anastacia.
Entrusted with the World Premiere performances of six Film with Orchestra titles including: Superman; Fiddler on the Roof; James Bond: Spectre; Moby Dick; Les Choristes; Life on Our Planet, and the European/UK Premiere of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, Anthony's unrivaled expertise as a conductor of Film with Orchestra now includes over 40 titles.
As a Musical Director on London's West End, and internationally, his credits include Sweeney Todd, The Lion King, CATS, The Phantom of the Opera, The Wizard of Oz, Funny Girl, Jesus Christ Superstar, The Sound of Music and Evita. As a past prize winner in the international opera conducting competition Blue Danube Musik Impresario (Vienna), Anthony's opera credits include Don Carlo, La traviata, La bohème, Don Giovanni and Madama Butterfly.
Anthony's exciting 2025/2026 season includes performances at London's Royal Albert Hall, Amsterdam's Het Concertgebouw, and the Seoul Arts Centre; and in April, he is back on stage with multi-platinum singer-songwriter, Anastacia, for new performances of Anastacia–Live at the Symphony, at Lucerne's KKL. In July, Anthony renews his celebrated collaboration with National Symphony Orchestra Ireland and Theater Director Séimí Campbell, this time for a concert version production of the Bernstein/Sondheim musical West Side Story.
For Cinema in Concert, Anthony conducted the spectacularly successful 007 “trilogy” of Casino Royale, Skyfall and Spectre; How to Train Your Dragon, and is thrilled to return to the RTM Stage with the brilliant sequel How to Train Your Dragon 2. Anthony is represented by Femke Lenau at IMG Artists.
